Purchased items can be returned within 14 days from the date of their delivery.
Before returning your order it is necessary to contact us by email stating the reason, the contents of your order and your order number.
Quality items made to individual orders are not refundable.
Orders can be returned via a courier service, the orders should be delivered to: Motorų st. 1, 02190 Vilnius. When returning the order, the Buyer must ensure appropriate packaging of the items, which would guarantee the safe transportation of the items and the original packaging to the Seller.
When returning quality items, the Buyer needs to pay the return costs.
If you’ve received a damaged or poor quality item, the return is free of charge.
Return documents are prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer via email.
The quality of the returned items is assessed within 15 days from the date of receiving the returned order. Buyer’s expenses are reimbursed accordingly after this period.
Return of tableware
Returned ceramic goods must be unused, undamaged, not cracked, broken or otherwise damaged, in the original packaging and in complete sets.
